Adekunle Gold says he lacks the appetite to create a record label

Former YBNL act, Adekunle Gold, recently made known via a reply to his fan that he lacks what it takes to create and manage a recording label. Pressure has been on the singer to create his own record label after Olamide’s YBNL Nation dropped him after two years of the contract. In a bid to move forward in the music game, the singer went ahead to form a band for himself which he calls “the 79th element.” However, his fans are just not satisfied with that.

Many of his fans have kept reaching out to him, asking him to also own a record label like his former label mate, Lil Kesh. But Adekunle Gold is not ready to run the affairs of a label, as he believes he isn’t wired for such a dealing. A fan recently reached out to him and asked if he has launched his own record label yet. The said fan took to Twitter to post;

“@adekunleGold, have you launched your own record label yet?” The cool-headed singer replied him with these simple words; “Nah bro. No appetite.” His reply was followed by a “running emoji,” to really portray the fact that he is not in for such dealings. Well, Adekunle Gold knows his limits. But who else thinks he should own his own label?
